Our Story

Three Generations of Commercial Excellence

Southeastern Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a distinguished commercial contractor based in and around Charlotte, NC, proudly serving both its hometown and the surrounding areas. With a legacy dating back to 1961, Southeastern has been a prominent force in the commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contracting industry.

After dedicating a decade of his life to military service during WW2, Ray Overcash transitioned to civilian life. Drawing on his expertise at the Charleston Naval Base, he founded Queen City Plumbing. In 1961, Ray obtained his plumbing licenses and expanded the scope. By October 1978, the business was officially incorporated as Southeastern Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

Today, the business thrives under the ownership and operation of Ray's children, with a third generation of grandchildren now taking field and management responsibilities. The commitment to excellence remains unwavering.
